Baseline work with a variety of charities both on a professional and a fundraising level. One of our clients, The Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind (NRSB), recently held their annual Dragon Boat Race.
Baseline took part in the challenge as part of a team with other business colleagues, to raise money for the charity.
Races were held throughout the day, plus there were refreshments and various attractions. A great day for the whole family!
Our team came 4th overall. We were very pleased with the result, this was our first attempt at Dragon Boat Racing. We were told that some of the teams were having professional coaching several weeks before the event. Not a bad first attempt!
We are well on track for surpassing our £1000 target for fundraising and will keep you posted on this.
You can be sure that we will be entering next September with a view to improving our result!
