So Angry Birds are the new phenomenon in the App Store, but what is all the hype about?
Angry Birds is about a bunch of extremely protective birds who have had their eggs stolen by a nasty bunch of green pigs (who are really cute in an ugly kind of way), and so we must retrieve our eggs back by throwing the angry birds via sling shot at the enemy in attempt to destroy the castles and kill all the pigs.
I personally get bored very easily and didn't think this app would be able to engage my attention for more than 5 minutes but shockingly I have been addicted from the get-go. I am completely hooked. "Just one more go" can easily lead into 2 hours of solid gaming where nothing else in the world matters or exists! With over 100 levels, it is easy to see how you could be accused of having anti-social behaviour, but the game is just far too engrossing to put down after one game. I know all you other Angry Birds players out there understand!
This simple game is the number one selling app in 60 Countries including the UK and USA for one reason, it is first class entertainment.
