Established in 2003, Baseline is proficient in both offline and online media giving our clients the best of both worlds with print and web creativity. We are a small (but perfectly formed) company working with a wide range of clients from start up businesses through to larger well known organisations.

Our reputation is very important to us. We get a large portion of our work through word of mouth and referrals. We prefer to build up long term working relationships with our clients, becoming a virtual part of their team.

At Baseline we are obsessive about quality. We take great pride in our work, we want every part of the project to be the best that it can be.

We work with organisations of all kinds and all sizes from start-up businesses and small charities to larger organisations that are well known. We deliver the same level of commitment and service regardless of the size of project or organisation.

Some of the work we undertake is on a direct basis, some of the work is on a subcontract basis for larger agencies that either have overflow work or don’t have the in house skills required for a certain project.

From time to time, you may be asked to submit personal information about yourself (eg name and email address) in order to receive or use services on our website. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Baseline to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. We will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current internet best practice.

During the course of any visit to Baseline, the pages you see, along with something called a cookie, are downloaded to your computer. Most, if not all, websites do this, because cookies allow the website publisher to do useful things like find out whether the computer (and probably its user) has visited the site before. This is done on a repeat visit by checking to see, and finding, the cookie left there on the last visit. Any information that is supplied by cookies can help us to provide you with a better service and assists us to analyse the profile of our visitors.

When you supply any personal information to Baseline, we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect the information fairly - we must explain how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else. In general, any information you provide to Baseline will only be used by Baseline.
